Problem
When we took over in October 2024, the account was doing about $83K a month and buying most of it: ACoS was 62% and CPC $4.39. The listing ranked on a few “itch” terms and almost nothing on “allergy” terms, where the volume is, and it converted at 13.0% against a category average of 18.6%.
Solution
We built the account around the new Itch and Allergy Plus formula and moved targeting from itch relief to allergy support, using Search Query Performance to bring roughly 148,000 monthly searches of allergy demand into play.
Spend went to the keywords where the listing already converted above the category average, non-converters were negated weekly, and organic carried more of the revenue as rankings held. When a review split in 2026 stripped the top variation of most of its reviews, we switched the account from scale to efficiency inside a week.
Notable Results
Monthly sales went from $82.7K in October 2024 to $168.1K in October 2025, up 103%. Year two against year one: $1.29M to $1.62M (+25.5%), with organic sales up 28.9%. Ad-driven sales fell from 35% of revenue to 10%. From May to August 2026, ad spend came down 46% while total sales moved just 1.9%. In all, $2.79M in sales from October 2024 to August 2026.
